"National Cancer Survivor Day", is a day that takes place on June 2. The day is proclaimed to be a national day that was only recognized in the United States, but as of now it has now begun to become a celebration of life all around the globe.

This day is recognized on the 1st Sunday in June. Cancer survivors, family members, friends, and even medical professionals will all come together to be thankful and celebrate the fact that they have survived or helped a survivor to beat this disease and continue to live and love life.

The day even has become uplifting and inspirational to those who have recently been diagnosed or currently pursuing the "fight". It seems to leave them with hope to see others who have fought the same fight and have conquered to see another day, month, or year(s), or even to know someone else…
